Resource Tutoring was created after years of feedback from
teachers, parents, students and industry professionals. Overwhelming
and increasing competition, not only in schools but the corporate
arena as well, is making it more difficult for many students
and adults to secure a place among their peers. With classrooms
overflowing it is almost impossible for students to receive
the attention they need to succeed. For a struggling student
and for the average person, one-to-one tutoring not only provides
the support he/she needs but can help a student advance well
beyond what would be possible with classroom instruction alone.
Supplemental education is rapidly becoming a requirement,
or the “norm”, for students and other individuals
hoping to compete in the increasingly high-pressure environment
of schools and in the shrinking job market.
Our primary purpose is to offer a professional, goal oriented
service that provides benefit to the individual and our community.
This goal revolves around assisting students of all ages acquire
the skills and motivation necessary to become independent learners.
In an increasingly “standardized” world, we offer
a non-standardized approach in addressing our client’s
